Snow Sports for Healthy Minds – Via Zoom

This clinic is an informative workshop for those who would like to gain more insight into utilizing snow sports to promote
mental health. In this clinic, a more in-depth discussion of post-traumatic stress disorder, military sexual trauma and
traumatic brain injuries will be discussed. This clinic helps volunteers understand what to expect when working with
these individuals, the use of effective communication, and successful teaching methods.
