Intro to Sit Ski Clinic

If you are interested in exploring the sit-ski program at NEHSA, this clinic will introduce you to the equipment and discuss the benefits of each type (bi-ski, dual-ski, mono-ski) relative to specific disabilities. You will learn the skills needed to be a helpful assistant and the different techniques for coaching your athlete.

This clinic will be held indoors at the NEHSA lodge.  Please be sure to dress comfortably.
