Ryan Goulart is an exceptional young man and athlete who volunteered with his father helping our veterans in adaptive sports and made this his senior class project.  It speaks to partnerships the VA embarks on to heal veterans, New England Handicapped Sports Association, Project Healing Waters, Leaps of Faith, Team River Runner and so many more throughout our nation.  It speaks to the dedicated employees who go above and beyond to bring these programs to life. It speaks to the healing and the power of volunteers.  It serves to thank our veterans because they deserve our very best.
